Success stories

I am 61 years old, and a former competitive athlete turned weekend warrior; I have reoccurring issues from years of running, cycling and competing in duathlons, though I am not competing any longer, I am still active. I recently engaged Brittney Ellers at Redefine Health & Fitness for multiple reasons; my past injuries range from IT band issues, hamstring pulls, to sciatica and old calf injuries. Recently the pain was so severe in my left leg I could barely get in any one position of comfort and had to stop all sports activities.

Brittney, being an athlete herself could relate to the years of ‘wear-and-tear’ on my body. She is not only highly educated in the anatomy of the body but also brings a level of professionalism and enthusiasm to each session. Within the first visit, she analyzed and diagnosed my condition. The following week I received a personal eight-page summary outlining my conditions (right ilium was out of alignment) and physical therapy recommendations. I saw immediate results with Brittney and engaged her services over approximately a two month time frame. Because I own my own business and am quite active, the in-house therapy visits were real plus for me.

I can’t thank Brittney enough. I am back cycling and weight training without pain.

Deep Stretch with Brittney
The 5-star rating is for the instructor. She is very good. She gives good cues and is able to adapt her teaching to an extremely crowded room.

Brittney Ellers guided me through rehab after a devastating injury. Her professional acumen is palpable as soon as she begins to assess you. Throughout our time together, Brittney demonstrated all the qualities that one could hope for in a PT. She is kind, compassionate, understanding and above all she brings a broad knowledge base into her sessions. I actually had a PT before her but was forced to fire that person due to overall laziness and incompetence. Luckily, my wife found Brittney. My injury is now behind me thanks to Brittney’s direction. I wish Brittney the best. She will be successful at every turn due to her amazingly positive outlook. Thanks again Brittney!!!
