This workshop is for any female, from age 12+, who likes to be active and wants to start paying attention to what their body is telling them.
In this 2 hour workshop you will:

learn how to track your cycle and “cycle sync”
learn how to avoid injury in sports and fitness classes
discover how birth control can impact your cycle and so much more

meet new women and share your story
PART 3 will incorporate exercise education, how to cycle sync your exercise routine without feeling overwhelmed, workshopping through a fun workout, and will give you ideas on how to balance your hormones and body’s functionality naturally!
